Statistics show that teachers and students have been disappearing from the B.C. education system at a disproportionate rate….
"When your expenses go up 3% and your budget increase goes up 1%, you have a deficit; it's not that difficult to see the problem," said Kip Wood, president of the Nanaimo District Teachers' Association.
