No money for schools
The Education Minister has told school districts to use what they've got saved up.

The province estimates that most districts will, because of declining enrolments, have sufficient classroom space. For any district without enough room for full-day kindergarten, the minister suggested moving older students into modular buildings and putting the five-year-olds in the main buildings.
As for teachers, she said the drop in student number - 53,000 since 2001 - means there are laid-off teachers the districts can hire.
