Liberal minister negligent on childcare

To the editor:

If these [childcare] programs are being forced to cut vital services and send children home, provincial funding is clearly inadequate. And Mary Polak's flimsy attempt to deny and cover up this glaring failure amply demonstrates that she does not "have the best interests of the province's children at heart."
