Re: Liberals promise daycare again?

I watched CTV's Question Period and, to my disgust, Michael Ignatieff (Deputy leader of the Opposition) made the daycare promise again.

He also stated that the Harper government had promised daycare. The Harper government did no such thing.

What the Harper government did was give a tax rebate to parents that the parents could choose to use for daycare.

The reality is that the Liberal party pulls out the daycare promise every election. In all of their ample years in government, they have yet to deliver a daycare space….
