VICTORIA -- B.C. Education Minister Shirley Bond says there has been a great deal of positive feedback on the government's throne speech proposal to examine all-day kindergarten for children as young as three-years old.
She says parents are excited about the proposal although she admits few details accompany the plan.
Bond says the government has no model for an all-day pre-school or kindergarten but intends to explore the possibility….
New Democrat Opposition members are criticizing the idea saying it's a poor attempt by the Liberals to side-step the issue of adequate, accessible child care for B.C. toddlers.
