Through the Ministry of Children and Family Development's website, the provincial government is promoting creation of child care centres by employers and is directing interested companies to a multinational corporation based in Richmond, called Syscon Justice System. Syscon offers help with developing child care centres. But the main focus on its website is the development of offender-based management applications for jails and correctional institutions.
