The City of Port Coquitlam announced that the Townline Group of Companies has been chosen as the lead proponent for the city works site, a 1.7-hectare (4.3-acre) downtown property currently owned by the city….

The development proposed for the site will include almost 700 new residential units in a mix of highrise, low-rise and townhouse buildings.

Two small commercial components will complement the downtown commercial mix, and new public facilities include a daycare, additional amenity space, cycle and pedestrian pathways through the site and a landmark public plaza ….
