Are any other parents out there fed up with the five-day rotation going on in the elementary schools?

My two children have library on days two and four; PE is on days two and five for one, and on days one and three for the other. My eldest is lucky enough to also be in a strings program on days two and four and Wednesdays! Go figure.

For a parent trying to teach his children to be responsible for themselves and remember their gym strip, library books and violins for the days they need them, this has become impossible. With this ridiculous rotation, I can barely keep track myself.

… Did any other parents have input into this decision that affects our children, our daycare and in many cases our work schedules? ….
