Vancouver's inside workers join massive civic strike

About 3,500 inside workers for the City of Vancouver set
up picket lines just after 8 a.m. Monday, joining 1,800 outside
workers in a strike that has halted most municipal services.
The outside workers walked off the job on Friday, in a move
that shut down most garbage collection and many other services.
Currently the services halted in Vancouver are...:
- City-run day cares and day camps.
- Community centres....
