Almost half of Kamloops City council is heading to Calgary
later this week for the annual convention of the Federation
of Canadian Municipalities.... On the agenda are issues
of local interest, as well as the City's resolution to go
to the membership about child care....
The City's one resolution that will go to a vote by members
calls for a reinstitution of the national child-care program.
